Available Packages

Due to the nature of our services, we have established the following policies regarding refunds, time slot, lesson completion, traveling, rain and cancellations.

No Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for any purchased sessions or packages. Once a session or package is purchased, it is considered final.

Time Slot Reservation Policy: To secure and reserve a specific time slot on a weekly basis throughout the month, clients must purchase a 4-session pack. This pack guarantees the availability of preferred time slot and also provides the assurance of regular sessions.

Lesson Completion Period: 

Clients who purchase a 4-session pack must complete all sessions within the session period. If sessions are not completed within this timeframe, any remaining sessions may be forfeited without a refund. If you cannot attend a class, you may reschedule during the weekends, depending on the coach's availability.

Cancellation Policy: a. Less than 12 Hours' Notice: Lessons canceled with less than 12 hours' notice will be charged at the full session rate, unless the cancellation is due to sickness, personal emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients are required to contact their coach directly to discuss rescheduling options.

b. Between 12 and 24 Hours Notice: Lessons canceled with notice between 12 and 24 hours in advance are eligible to be rescheduled without additional charges. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we aim to accommodate such situations whenever possible.

However, if a client cancels more than one lesson within a single month, regardless of the notice period, the canceled lessons will be subject to full charges. This policy is in place to maintain the consistency of our coaching services and to honor the commitment made to our coaches' time and expertise.

Clients must contact their coach to arrange a new lesson time within a reasonable timeframe.

Away Policy: a. Notification Requirement: Clients must notify their coach at least two weeks before their intended departure date if they plan to be away and wish to retain their scheduled day and time for sessions during their absence.

b. Session Retention Fee: To reserve their preferred day and time while away, clients are required to pay a session retention fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of their standard 4-session pack. This fee secures their slot and indicates their commitment to maintaining their schedule.

c. Availability Disclaimer: As we are unable to hold spots without compensation, clients who choose not to pay the retention fee cannot be guaranteed the same time slot availability upon their return, as the time slot will be opened for new clients to book.

d. Communication: Clear communication is essential for effective implementation of these policy. Clients are encouraged to discuss their travel plans and session retention preferences with their coach well in advance to facilitate appropriate arrangements.

Rain Policy: Lessons canceled due to rain will be automatically rescheduled for the following week.

The coach will reach out to clients to arrange rescheduling if she has sooner availability due to rain cancellations.

Coach-Initiated Cancellation Policy:  All lessons canceled by the coach will be automatically rescheduled. The coach will strive to provide clients with at least one week's notice before canceling a lesson, ensuring clients have ample time to adjust their schedules. Exceptions to the one-week notice period may occur in cases of emergency, personal reasons, or unexpected circumstances beyond the coach's control. In the event of a coach-initiated cancellation, clients will be promptly notified of the cancellation and provided with alternative lesson options.​

Additional Note: For single private lessons booked outside of our packages, the rate will be $120 if scheduled on the same day. We appreciate your understanding.

Exceptions: In cases of extreme circumstances or emergencies not covered by the above policies, clients are encouraged to reach out to Coach Alory directly to discuss their situation and potential accommodations.
